Our involvement includes:
Coordinating the design process, either by working with an existing designer from the client or by sourcing a new designer from our industry contacts.
Developing and reviewing the specification outline, ensuring that it meets the client’s requirements and is within the project’s budget.
Conducting yard tendering to evaluate the suitability, quality, and stability of all facilities involved in the project.
Negotiating contracts in conjunction with the client’s legal team, ensuring that all agreements meet the client’s needs and are legally sound.
Supervising the project and providing regular reports to the client, ensuring that the project is on track and meets all requirements.
Reviewing and approving stage payments on behalf of the client, ensuring that all payments are accurate and in line with the project’s progress.
Ensuring that the yacht is in compliance with classification and flag state regulations.
Overseeing the dock and sea trials, ensuring that the yacht is fully operational and meets all specifications.
Managing the handover process to the client or crew, ensuring a seamless transition and full understanding of the yacht’s features and systems.
Offering full yacht management services, including maintenance, crew management, financial management, and more.
